Hi, I can't play in public-beta it says that I'm playing the old version but there is no update button on steam

ohh, it's because im playing in public server

The game notifies me that the game options received was from an old update version of among us. And I need to update. However there is no update button in my steam and also I don't know how to update the pc version I bought like the one in executable format.
